The Suggestion System is the place in LeanSuite where employees at every level can share ideas to improve a process, workflow, system or practice.
Each idea is recorded as a suggestion, reviewed by the right people, and acted on. You can gather, review and implement small and large improvement ideas from across your facility.
Note: What each person can do in the Suggestion System depends on their permissions.
Key features
Suggestion dashboard: lists every suggestion, with search, filters, Group By, Saved Views and export.
Approval workflow: approvers can approve, approve with feedback, reject or mark an idea as not a suggestion. Approved ideas can be marked complete or turned into a Kaizen with Initiate Kaizen.
Suggestion Campaigns: invite suggestions on a specific topic within a set time frame.
Points and rewards: suggestions earn points that feed the Leaderboard and Wall of Fame and can be redeemed in the prize catalog. Campaigns can award bonus points.
Lean AI: rephrase text and adjust tone, dictate with speech-to-text, and get a recommended Status and Priority when you view a suggestion.
Translate: translate a suggestion inline with the Translate button.
RICE prioritization score: rank ideas by Reach, Impact, Confidence and Ease.
Reports: charts that show how suggestions are submitted, evaluated and completed.
