Step 1
Navigate to the Revised Due Date Reasons Dashboard.

Click on the Add New button on the top right corner.
Step 3
An Add New Reason window will show up.
Under the Reason for Revised Due Date box type the name of the new reason you wish to create.
Useful Tips!
You can add multiple reasons at a time while creating a new reason! As more reasons are added, a scroll bar will show up to accommodate the space for all reasons being added!
If you wish to add a new reason, click on the green + sign located on the right end of the information box.
A new box will be added with the same buttons, a red - and a green + signs. The red - sign deletes an already added reason.
Step 4
Once you have added a reason or multiple reasons as per need, click on the Submit button on the bottom right corner of the window.
The new reason/reasons will be added to the database and become visible in the Revised Due Date Reasons Dashboard.
Useful Tips!
The newly created reasons are added to the top of the list.
As more reasons are added, a scroll bar appears on the right in Revised Due Date Reasons Dashboard to accommodate the space.
