Step 2

The editing options available are limited to changing the name of a reason and deleting it as there is no other information that is entered while creation.

Choose the reason you wish to edit. Navigate to the extreme right and click on the three black dots.

Two options, namely Edit & Delete, will show up.

Step 3

Click on Delete to remove the reason from the database.

Click on Edit to change the name of the reason. A new window Update New Reason will show up providing the user an information box to edit the name.

Step 4

Once you are done entering the new desired name, click on Update on the bottom right to apply the new name change.

The Reason will be updated in the dashboard with the new name entered while editing.

The newly updated reason will stay in the position where it was, it will not be shifted to the top of the list which is the case when a new reason is created! A user might have to locate the edited reason with the new name to confirm the changes have taken place!
