You can export a .csv file showing how often each tool or skill is used in a Kaizen project. In LeanSuite, Tools are the tools and skills used on a project, which also feed gap planning.
Steps
1. Go to the Kaizen Dashboard and filter the list to find the Kaizen you want. For help, see Search the Kaizen Dashboard.
2. Click the Kaizen you want to export the tool usage count for. It opens in the side window.
3. Click ID: Kaizen ID at the top left of the side window to open the detail view.
4. Expand the Tool section by clicking anywhere in the section or on the arrow on the right.
5. Adjust the usage count of each tool up or down to match the project.
6. Click Export Tool Usage Count (the Excel icon) at the top right.
Result
The .csv file is downloaded to your device.
