Step 1
Go to the Kaizen Dashboard and filter the database search according to your preferred criteria.

Select & Click on the Kaizen you want to export a .csv file for tool usage count
Step 3
click on the “ID: Kaizen ID” located in the top left corner of the side window.
Step 4
Expand the Tool section by clicking anywhere in the section field or on the arrow on the right side. Adjust the use of each tool by increasing or decreasing their application according to the project requirements.
Step 5
Click on the :Excel_Icon:Export Tool Usage Count in the top right corner of the Kaizen dashboard.
Congratulations! You have successfully exported your tool usage count in a .csv format!
