Step 1
Useful Facts!
A user can add sections to a phase in detail view only. The Side window only allows a user to view the phases and connected sections in it.
Open the Kaizen you wish to make changes to in detail view.

The phases will be displayed in the Implementation Section under the Attach Button.
The sections are also displayed right under the Phases Tab.

The selected phase is highlighted in Blue (phase 1 in example picture) and the attached sections are shown below the Phases Tab. (in example picture 3 sections are attached to phase 1; 4M1D, Team, 5 Why)
Step 3
Choose and click on the Phase you wish to add a section to (phase 2 chosen in example picture; no phases have been added, therefore no options are visible under the phases tab).
Step 4
Once the phase is selected, it will be highlighted in Blue.
Adding a Section
Choose which section you wish to add to the selected Phase.
In case you do not see the section in the list below Phase Tab, click on & More drop down button to view all available sections that can be added.
When a section is selected, it will appear below the sections list tab and a green colored pop upwill confirm the addition!
You can choose various sections from the list and the new ones will appear in the list below as newly added sections!
Removing a Section
Choose which section you wish to remove from the list of sections added below.
Click on the cross icon in front of the section to remove it.
A browser pop up will confirm your decision. Click Ok to proceed further with deletion.
Useful Facts!
While adding a section if you cannot find a section you wish to add, you can create a new section ad add it to the concerned phase!
