What is the "Additional Details" phase section and how to use it?

Section: Additional Details

Simply put, Additional Details section lets you add some Additional Details to the kaizen that cannot be covered by other available sections.

This Additional Details can be used to communicate important additional information that can enhance the implementation process of a kaizen!

This section simply provides a user with 4 fields where information (and attachments) can be added to the kaizen by asking 4 Strategic Questions.

Step 1

Add the Additional Details section from the available list to the required phase.

Useful Facts!

When a new section is added it appears under the previous section; in this case Adoption Section.


Step 2

Expand the section by clicking anywhere in the section field, or on the arrow on the right side.

The arrow can also be used to collapse the section.

The picture above shows 1 field whereas the section has 4 fields in total; others can be seen by scrolling down the page.


Step 3

The section provides 4 Rich Text Editors for input.

Collapse the section after saving the Additional Details!
