Open the Best Practice in which you wish to advance into the next stage/phase in detail view.

Navigate and click on the Advance To button on the extreme right corner to expand the drop down options.
Step 3
Select from the dropdown options.
Smart Connections
The options available in drop down menu will depend upon the workflow attached to the Best Practice.
The rules, transitions and specifications in the workflow dictate the analysis of values and opens up options under the Advance To tab to proceed a Best Practice further.
