Get access to your company's LeanSuite workspace

Join your company's existing LeanSuite account instead of creating a new one, and request access to another facility.

Written by Angad Singh

If your company already uses LeanSuite, you join its existing account rather than creating a new one. This article explains how to get added, how workspaces and facilities work, and how to get access to another facility.

Join your company's LeanSuite

Important: If your company already uses LeanSuite, don't use the public "Start free" sign-up page. That creates a separate, empty account that isn't connected to your company's data.

Instead:

  1. Ask your site's LeanSuite admin (often your CI, Lean or Operational Excellence lead) to add you.

  2. Your admin will send you your login details: a username or Employee ID and a temporary password.

  3. Log in and set your own password (see Log in to LeanSuite).

Don't know who your admin is? Email [email protected] with your company name and site, and we'll put you in touch.

Workspaces and facilities

  • A workspace is your company.

  • A facility is a site or team inside the workspace. Each facility keeps its own data.

  • You see the facilities your admin has given you access to. Switch between them with the facility switcher in the top left.

Getting access to another facility

If you need to move to, or work in, a facility you don't have access to, use Request Transfer. An admin will approve the request. You can also ask your admin to give you access directly.

For new customers setting up LeanSuite

  • Only one person should use the sign-up link LeanSuite sends you. That person becomes the account Admin.

  • The Admin then adds everyone else to the same account and creates roles.

  • Modules show as locked until LeanSuite enables them for your account. Contact your LeanSuite representative if a module you purchased is still locked.
