AI Time & Motion Study analyzes a video of your process and breaks down what each operator is doing, second by second.
You review and correct the AI's work, then use the results to find and fix waste.
What you get
Value-added (VA), semi-value-added (SVA) and non-value-added (NVA) time for each operator, plus waiting and time out of view.
Elements: a timeline of every activity, synced to the video.
Operator utilization.
Yamazumi chart and takt time comparison, for line balancing.
Findings: suggested improvements (eliminate, combine, rearrange, simplify) with the time they'd save. You can turn findings into Kaizens.
Scenarios and Compare: compare improvement scenarios, or compare studies against each other.
Where to find it
Open Lean Creator and choose Time & Motion Study in the left menu.

The Time & Motion Studies page shows how many studies you have and how many are certified. It has two tabs, Studies and Comparisons, and the Compare and + New Study buttons.
Each study card shows:
its status (for example In review — edited or Certified)
the number of elements
for certified studies, the Cycle Time, VA % and number of Elements
How accurate is it?
The AI gets you most of the way, and you're expected to review and correct the results.
Every study you correct and certify teaches the AI your process and your terms, so later studies of the same process get more accurate.
The workflow
Record the video (see Record video for an AI time study).
Upload it and choose which operators to track (see Create a time study and select operators).
Review and edit the results, then certify (see Review, edit and certify a time study).
Use findings, scenarios and comparisons to improve the process.
