Lean Creator menu
The Lean Creator menu has three options: Templates, Time & Motion Study and Marketplace.
Who uses what
Admins and engineers build and manage templates in Lean Creator.
Everyone else completes the templates assigned to them in Daily Standard Work, on the web or the mobile app. Operators don't need to open Lean Creator.
Ways to build a template
Create with AI: generate an SOP from a video, an OPL from images, a form from a description or existing file, or combine several documents into one.
Build it yourself: add pages, sections and questions, with rules and scoring. Use Create Template.
Start from the Marketplace: copy a ready-made template and adapt it.
Managing a template
All templates are listed on the All Templates page, with their ID, name, type, status (Published or Draft), pillar and labels, and Preview and Start buttons.
Click any template to open:
Build: edit the content.
Submissions: see every time it's been completed.
Reporting: see results and flagged answers.
Typical flow
Create the template.
Save it, then publish it.
Assign or schedule it to people, a role or an asset.
Review submissions and reports.
