Who owns our data?
You do. Your company owns the data you put into LeanSuite and can export it.
Are our templates and documents shared with other companies?
No. Templates and documents stay private to your company unless someone deliberately saves a template with Public visibility, which publishes it to the Marketplace.
Can people at one facility see another facility's data?
Each facility's data is separate. Only users with access to several facilities (workspace users) can see across them, based on their role.
How do the AI features use our data?
LeanSuite's AI features, such as Create with AI, AI Time & Motion Study, Lean AI in Suggestions and the Kaizen RCA Agent, use your content to generate results for you. For details of how AI providers handle data, and your options, contact your LeanSuite representative.
Where is LeanSuite hosted?

What happens to our data if we cancel?
