You can assign training to everyone in a role at once, and share courses with your company's other facilities. This article also explains why a course catalog might look empty.
Assign to a role
Instead of picking people one by one, assign a course or learning plan to a role, for example "Machine Operator" or "New Starter".
Everyone in the role receives it, including people added to the role later.
Tip: Role assignment works well for onboarding plans and mandatory annual training.
Share with other facilities
In the Instructor Panel, open the course.
Open Course Share and choose the facilities to share with.
Note: To make a shared course visible but restricted, set Private access in Course Basics. People in the other facilities can see the course, but only those assigned to it can open the content.
Why is my course catalog empty?
No courses have been created or shared with your facility yet.
The courses are private and haven't been assigned to you. Request enrollment or ask your trainer.
You're looking at a different facility. Check the facility switcher.
