Get started with LeanSuite as a frontline user

A quick guide for operators and team members: log in, check your daily work, raise issues and share ideas.

Written by Angad Singh

This quick guide is for operators and team members. It covers the few things you'll do most often in LeanSuite: logging in, checking your work, raising problems, sharing ideas and taking training.

1. Log in

Use the LeanSuite app on your phone or a shared tablet, or go to theleansuite.app. Log in with the username or Employee ID your supervisor gave you. The first time, you'll set your own password. See Log in to LeanSuite.

2. Check your work for today

Your home screen shows what's assigned to you, what's upcoming and what's overdue. Checklists, audits and SOPs to read also appear on your Daily Standard Work calendar.

3. Complete a checklist or sign an SOP

  1. Open the item and tap Start.

  2. Answer the questions and add photos if asked.

  3. Tap Submit.

4. Report a problem (Tag)

Spotted something wrong, like a leak, a safety hazard or a machine fault? Raise a tag. Scan the QR code at the location if there is one, take a photo, describe the problem and submit. The right person is notified.

5. Share an idea (Suggestion)

Have an idea to make work safer, easier or better? Submit a suggestion. You can speak it instead of typing. You may earn points for your ideas.

6. Take your training

Courses assigned to you are in the LMS under My Learning.
