LeanSuite works on phones, tablets and shared shop-floor devices. This article covers installing the app, what you can do on mobile, and how to set up shared devices for users without email.
Install the app
Download LeanSuite from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and log in with your usual details (see Log in to LeanSuite). If your company uses SSO, install the latest version of the app.
What you can do on mobile
Complete assigned checklists, audits and SOP sign-offs, including photos from your camera.
Raise tags and submit suggestions. Use voice-to-text instead of typing.
Scan QR codes:
Location QR codes open a new tag with the department, line or asset already filled in.
SOP step QR codes play the video for that step. You need to be logged in.
Check your assigned work and notifications.
Shop-floor users without phones or email
Users can log in with an Employee ID, so no email is needed.
Set up a shared tablet or kiosk on the line. Each person logs in with their own Employee ID so their work, and any points they earn, are recorded against them.
Important: On a shared device, each person should log out when they're done.

You can also use LeanSuite in a mobile browser at theleansuite.app, but the app is recommended for QR scanning and photos.
