Every module in LeanSuite has its own dashboard and parent menu. The parent menu holds the module's main options.

To open the Suggestion parent menu, select Suggestion on your home page.

Parent menu

The parent menu of the Suggestion module (dark blue background) has four main options:

All Suggestions (Dashboard): opens the Suggestion dashboard.
Reports: opens the reports (analytics) section.
Suggestion Settings: opens the settings/preferences window, where admins set point rules.
Points: shows points earned through suggestion activity.

When you select an option, it opens in the right-side panel (white background), which shows the details and further options.

Right-side panel

The right-side panel updates when you select an option in the parent menu.

The selected option is highlighted to show that it is active.

Think of the right-side panel as the display of a control center: the parent menu on the left holds the controls, and the panel shows the result.

Suggestion details, editing, settings and reports all open in this panel.

LeanSuite rewards suggestion activity with points. Your admin sets the point rules in Suggestion Settings, for example points on submission, on approval or conversion to a project, and for financial impact.
Points feed the Leaderboard and Wall of Fame, and you can redeem them in the prize catalog. Campaigns can award bonus points.
On the Suggestion dashboard you can use Group By to group suggestions (for example by pillar, implementor or priority) and Saved Views to save and reuse a set of filters.
