A suggestion can only be transitioned to a kaizen after approval. Therefore, a suggestion should be approved, and its status should be Pending Implementation for it to transition to a kaizen!
Step 1
Open the approved suggestion you wish to transition to a kaizen.
A user can open the suggestion in the side window or detail view as preferred.
For this instruction set we will be opening the suggestion in detail view.

Step 2
Go to the Mark as Complete drop-down menu and select Initiate Kaizen.
Step 3
A new Create Kaizen window will open up. This window is same as the create new window in kaizen module.
Some of the information fields are already filled in with the information pulled from the suggestion being transitioned.
Fill in the information in the fields and click Create on the top right corner when you are done.
The Status of the Suggestion will change to Implemented Kaizen and the further stages are handled by the Kaizen Module.
Useful Facts!
The initiated kaizen will be available to view in the Kaizen Dashboard!
