You can set a default split of Kaizen savings between the Lead, Coach, Sponsor and Team Members. This article shows you how.
Who can do this: admins with permission to manage Kaizen settings.
Steps
1. Go to the Savings Distribution dashboard in the Kaizen module. For help, see Navigate the Kaizen parent menu.
2. If Savings Distribution is turned off, click the toggle to turn it on. It may be off if it has not been used before.
When it is on, more options appear.
3. Enter the distribution percentage for the Lead, Coach, Sponsor and Team Members.

Tip: to split the savings equally, use the equal-division button. It automatically assigns 25% to each.
