One of the four features of Kaizen Module the savings distribution feature let’s a user define the amount of savings that will be distributed amongst the assignees.
It entails distributing the financial or resource savings generated among the Kaizen team members, comprising the Lead, Sponsor, Coach, and team members, in a percentage-based manner as a recognition and reward for their contributions to the improvement initiatives.

As a Kaizen proceeds in its implementation, there are internal targets, savings, losses that form an integral part of analysis and Kaizen feedback. One of these parts specifically the savings data constitutes the main functions behind the Savings Distribution.
The savings distribution is a percentage value of the total savings in a kaizen, therefore the distribution can be done in percent by a mutually decided or situation/aim criterion.
