Savings Distribution is one of the features of the Kaizen module. It lets you define how the savings from a Kaizen are shared among the people assigned to it.
The financial or resource savings a Kaizen generates are distributed as percentages among the Kaizen team: the Lead, Sponsor, Coach and Team Members. This recognizes and rewards each person's contribution to the improvement.

How it works
When a Kaizen is created, you can assign a Lead, Coach, Sponsor and Team Members in its information fields. See Add and edit fields when creating a Kaizen.
As the Kaizen is implemented, it records targets, savings and losses. The savings data is what Savings Distribution uses.
Each person's share is a percentage of the Kaizen's total savings. Your team can agree the split, or base it on the situation or goal.

Good to know
Savings Distribution is optional. Use the On/Off toggle to turn it on or off.
In the Result section of a Kaizen, each savings entry can be set to Active or Inactive. This controls which savings are reflected in results.
