When a tool (or skill) is connected to a loss type, you can change its Level of Expertise or detach it from the loss type. This article shows you how.
Who can do this: admins with permission to manage Kaizen settings.
Steps
1. Go to the List of Tools attached to the loss type.
The list has two columns: Tools and Level Of Expertise. The Level Of Expertise shows how much proficiency with the tool is needed for that loss type. The editing option is in this column.
2. Click the three dots in the Level Of Expertise column.
The Edit and Delete options appear.
Edit lets you set the level of expertise.
Delete detaches the tool from the loss type.
3. Click Edit.
4. Use the + or - buttons, or type a value in the box, to increase or decrease the level of expertise.
Note: the maximum level of expertise is 5. If you enter a higher value, a warning message appears.
5. Click Save at the bottom.
Result
The list of tools is updated to show the new value.
