About Kaizen reports

Learn what each Kaizen report tab shows, from state and pillar charts to benefit, cost, workload and delays.

Written by Angad Singh

The Reports section of the Kaizen module analyzes the information in submitted Kaizens, such as state, approach, pillar and cost, and turns it into charts.

Reports show statistics that help your facility understand how Kaizens are created, progressed and closed. Charts give you quick insight into how your facility is working.

Good to know

  • Why report totals can differ from the Kaizen Dashboard: reports apply a default year-to-date Created on filter, while the dashboard list follows the facility switcher. Adjust the report filter to compare like with like.

  • For offline analysis of project timelines, use the Delay Management Excel export.

  • Savings only count in results when their savings status is Active. You can set savings info to Active or Inactive in the Result section of a Kaizen.
