Once a user/employee creates a F-Tag, it goes into the database where it becomes available for editing, analysis and proceeding further.

A company using Lean Suite may have hundreds of F-Tags being created by their many employees.

A F-Tag Dashboard is the central place where all the F-Tags created are listed and are available to view, edit, proceed etc.

You can reach the F-Tag dashboard by clicking on the F-Tag button on your account home page.

This is what a typical F-Tag Dashboard looks like:

The F-Tag Dashboard:

  • Lists all created F-Tags.

  • Helps you find your submitted F-Tag.

  • Filters the F-Tag based on specific criteria.

  • Displays the F-Tag in an overlay window for a quick overview.

  • Provides a .csv export feature for the database.

The F-Tag dashboard lists the created F-Tags under various headings (20 to be exact). These headings are both general (ID, Title etc.) and specific (Priority, Problem, department etc.) in manner and help in gaining summarized information about a submitted F-Tag.

The Headings in the dashboard are derived from the various information fields that we fill while creating a F-Tag along with various other options are used to edit and update a F-Tag during its implementation process.

Furthermore, there are three small options present in the top right side of the dashboard that help in modifying the display according to your preference:
