Add, edit or delete the questions in an existing Lean Creator template and change their responses.
Open the template
1. On the home page, click the Lean Creator
button to open the Lean Creator dashboard.
2. Click anywhere on the template you want to edit. The template opens in the Lean Creator Window.
Edit and save
3. Add, edit or delete questions and change their responses.
4. When you have finished, click one of these in the top right corner:
Save to save the template.
Save & Publish to publish your changes straight away.
A pop-up notification in the top right corner confirms the action. After saving or publishing, you are prompted to schedule the template or leave the editor.
Good to know
While editing, you can also add or change rules (for example Require evidence on critical steps), mark responses as flagged/critical, and enable scoring.
Drag the six-dot handle to reorder questions.
For templates created with Create with AI, you can refine the draft by chatting with the AI (for example "add a CTQ to step 6") before saving.
On a published SOP, an AI edit button lets you adjust tone or fix errors, then Save & Apply.
