The Lean Creator dashboard is the central place for all the templates in your facility.
Administrators use Lean Creator to build audits, checklists, inspections, quizzes, surveys, SOPs, OPLs, assessments and Kaizen section templates. People then complete the assigned templates in Daily Standard Work.
From the Lean Creator dashboard you can:
View and edit templates
Export templates
Search and filter templates
Create new templates, manually or with AI
This is what a typical Lean Creator dashboard (the All Templates page) looks like:

What's on the dashboard
Toolbar: Search by name, Filters, a column settings button and refresh on the left; Export Template, Create with AI and Create Template on the right.
Create Template: build a template manually in the Lean Creator Window.
Create with AI: describe what you need (for example "Create a 5S audit for the assembly line") or upload a document or video, and Lean Creator generates a draft template. Modes include Form (audits, checklists, inspections), Video SOP, OPL, Combine Docs and Assessment.
AI Drafts are listed at the top of the page, with the number of drafts. They are visible only to you until you save them.
Template rows: the table shows ID, Template Name, Template Type, Status (Published or Draft), Pillar, Labels and Action. Use Preview or Start in the Action column.
Each template opens Build (edit the template), Submissions and Reporting. Flagged and critical responses appear in Submissions and Reporting.
The ⋮ menu on a template includes Assign (schedule the template) and Delete.

Templates, Time & Motion Study and Marketplace are available in the Lean Creator menu.
Tip: If you don't see the Marketplace, refresh the page.
Good to know
When you save a template you can add labels (type the label, then click Add).
You also choose its visibility: Private (this facility, the default), Workspace (all your company's facilities) or Public (published to the Marketplace for other companies).
After you save or publish a template, you are prompted to schedule it or leave the editor.
Important: Never choose Public for internal SOPs.
