Step 1
Open the Lean Creator Dashboard by clicking on the Lean Creator Dashboard and 
button on the home page.
Step 2
Simply click anywhere on the template you wish to edit.
The template will open in the Lean Creator Window allowing you to edit/add/delete the questions and make changes to the responses as per requirement.
Step 3
Once the changes are made, navigate to the top right corner and click on Save to save the template or Save & Publish to directly publish the newly made changes.
A pop-up notification on the top right corner confirms the decision.
