Change a template's name, pillar, type or visibility from the Lean Creator dashboard.

Open the template menu

1. On the home page, click the Lean Creator

button to open the Lean Creator dashboard.

2. Find the template you want to edit and go to the last column, Action.

3. Click the three dots (⋮). A dropdown menu opens.

Edit the properties

4. Click Edit. The Update Template window opens.

5. Make your changes and click Update in the top right corner.

The template opens in the Lean Creator Window, where you can also change its questions and responses.

6. Make any further changes, or click back to return to the dashboard.

Warning: The Delete option in the same menu deletes the template instead.

Good to know

  • Template properties include the name, pillar, template type and access (visibility). Visibility can be Private (this facility), Workspace (all your company's facilities) or Public (published to the Marketplace for other companies).

  • You can add labels to a template when you save it: type the label, then click Add.

  • Scoring is set per question in the Lean Creator Window using Enable scoring. For audits you can set points per answer and a pass/fail threshold.

  • The ⋮ menu also has Assign, to schedule the template.
