The Marketplace is a library of ready-made templates that you can copy and adapt instead of building from scratch.
What's available
Examples include:
5S audits and Gemba walks, including safety Gemba walks
Kamishibai and layered process audits
forklift inspections and LOTO
safety observations and risk assessments
video SOPs with comprehension questions
New templates are added regularly.
Use a Marketplace template
1. Go to Lean Creator and click Marketplace in the left menu. If you don't see it, refresh the page.
The Marketplace opens as the Marketplace tab of My Templates in Daily Standard Work, with a search box, Filters and the number of templates available.
2. Find a template and click Preview to see what's in it. Each card shows the template type, pillar, who published it and how many times it has been downloaded.
3. Click Use template. A copy is added to My Templates.
4. Edit your copy: change questions, add your own header fields, and add rules.
Example: If the answer is False, ask why and require a photo.
5. Save and publish it, then assign it (see Assign and schedule a template).
Is my work shared in the Marketplace?
No. Your templates stay private to your company unless you deliberately save one with Public visibility.
Important: Don't choose Public for internal documents.
