I can't log in

Check which email, username or Employee ID your account uses, then reset your password. See Log in to LeanSuite and Reset or change your password.

I was given access but can't see the new module or setting

Log out and log back in.

A module is grayed out or locked

It isn't enabled for your company. Ask your admin.

A page won't load or looks stuck

Refresh the page. If that doesn't work, go back to the Dashboard and try again, or log out and back in.

A new item doesn't appear after I save it

Click the refresh icon or refresh the page.

My colleague can't see the SOP I created

It's probably still an AI draft, which only you can see. Save it, and check that its visibility is set to Private (your facility) or Workspace (all your company's facilities).

"No workflow created" when creating a Kaizen or EWO

An admin needs to create a workflow for that project type. See Set up Kaizen project types, methodologies and templates.

A report shows different numbers from the list

Check the date filter on the report, often year to date by default, and the facility you're viewing.

I can't find the Marketplace

It's in Lean Creator's left menu. Refresh the page if it's missing.

AI generation fails or times out

Use a PDF or images instead of pasted text or Excel, shorten your prompt, and start a new AI session.

A KPI file upload fails

Remove empty rows and extra columns and try again.

My KPI file isn't updating

Make sure the file keeps exactly the same name and is in your OneDrive root folder.

I see a "new version available" message

Accept it to load the latest version.

I don't have points I expected for a suggestion

Approval points are only added once the suggestion is approved. Check that it was submitted under your own login.
