When a Suggestion is created, it collects information through various fields as per requirement.
This information is stored in all Suggestions, available to see through the dashboard.
After a Suggestion is submitted into the database, the information entered can be edited according to need as a Suggestion proceeds further.
There are two scope in which the information can be edited:
Properties Information
Information entered while creating a new Suggestion.
This scope covers the integral information that forms a Suggestion, ex. problem, recommendation, pillar, department, labels etc.
Need help?
This can be edited via the side window & the details field in the Suggestion detail view.
Attached Information
Information that is attached to a Suggestion after creation.
This scope covers the information or data that is attached to a Suggestion after creation.
