A one-point lesson (OPL) teaches one thing quickly, usually with a picture of the right way and the wrong way. With Create with AI, you can turn a few photos into an OPL in minutes.
Create the OPL
Go to Lean Creator → Create with AI and choose OPL.
Attach your images, for example a "before" and an "after" photo, or "do" and "don't". The OPL mode works best with images.
In your prompt, say which image is which and what the lesson is about.
Submit. The AI creates the lesson with a title, key points and acknowledgement questions.
Example: "Image 1 is the wrong way to store the gauge, image 2 is the right way. Make an OPL for machine operators."
Review and save
Edit any text with the pencil icons, or ask the AI to change it.
Click Save.
Add a name, labels and pillar (for example Safety), and choose the visibility.
Click Save & Publish.
Share it
Assign the OPL to the people who need to read it, for example all operators on a line. They'll see it in their assigned work, read it, acknowledge it, and submit.
Important: If every person must acknowledge it, assign individual users. When you assign to a role, it's marked complete for everyone as soon as one member completes it.
