Where to see the status

A suggestion's current status appears as a colored chip under its ID in the details panel, for example Implemented Kaizen.

Suggestion details panel with ID, Implemented Kaizen status chip, department, Line, Workstation, Asset, Pillar, Priority, Campaign, Estimated Cost and Estimated Benefit

What reviewers can do

  • Approve and set the priority and pillar.

  • Add another approver, for example finance, or @mention people for their opinion.

  • Add an implementer, then mark complete or Initiate Kaizen.

  • Revert a suggestion to its initial state if needed.

Who can see my suggestion?

Submitters see their own suggestions. Reviewers and admins see the suggestions they're responsible for.
